I wish that is so but the way cic is working this past days, I think 3rd week of dec for non hot noc is more realistic for per. Maybe for hot noc per next week is likely that is if cic keep this pace in their workload. That's just my estimate. I hope I'm wrong and cic will start giving sept app...

If you put email add in generic form through email otherwise snail mail nila ang per if wala kang sinulat n email add. Hope this helps.

Sept apps getting charge by 80th -90th day. I'm sept 4th app, my cc was charged nov 23 or 24. It really seems from sept app, less have applied. Hoping for per in 2nd week dec. If really lucky file transfer before year ends, if no xmas holiday maybe MR. Let it be :8
