    Agreed with you darwaish. But the only way to confirm it by some mean at POE. I am not sure but travellers cheques can also be some form which cannot considered as hard cash and then further can be deposited in the bank account in Canada. Correct me if i am wrong.

    I had the same situation. Just complete all the papers and documents and fill out necessary IM forms and send it to Visa Office with Draft of 150 CAD.
