He is also CAN+, and his daughter is 18, so she is not minor. he is also CAN+ :)

keep in mind they can reject Ambani's visa based on asset and financial status because they want to refuse your visa, so do not find sense in it, may be your application wasn't strong

May be they thought your child will not leave canada at the end of his stay, so ridiculious, Canadian immigration should be revised
