May be finalization will be done on the last of 2013 but MR will be issued by NDVO in Jan/Feb or if lately march. This is according to my talk with senior members. May 2013 bring lots of happiness in our life in the form of MR and Visas. Happy New Year friends. Pal

There is very low chance that all the MI1 applicants will get MR by Dec but of course most of us will be receiving it in New Yr. At-least before MI4 reveals, we all will get it. Pal
