    There are high chances of rejection with this PCC as it doesn't include other addresses mentioned in your address history. I suggest you to get PCC from PSK which doesn't mention any date or time and easy to get.

    PCC for US from Bangalore

    I applied for US PCC from Bangalore. I got my fingerprints from JK Consultancy. They have a representative in Sarjapur road. She charged me Rs. 2500 for one set. My package was received by FBI on Feb 19th. Wait has just begun. :)

    Yes, Its better to have little more than required funds to avoid such situation. You have arranged complete amount. You should not take risk for few dollars.

    You need to send email/CSE to request for change of Visa Office. Once they acknowledge your request and ask you to send one of the passport to changed Visa Office, only then you should send that passport.
