    Before you got married to your sponsor, you didn't get permit? In case of me, I submit the proof I was ready to remarry and I got permit from my province government.

    I remember former immigration minister announced cic decreased workflow by 40%. It looked like true for a few month. but it became same finally. I think cic slowed down to keep their jobs. It will keep going like this even though immigration department uses state of the art & time saving methods.
