Dear members Is there any precedent case of refusal because applicant failed to provide FBI PCC? Like if the applicant ask for extension and couldn't provide the PCC within the time? as there is some cases of finger prints rejection by FBI twice!!! Many thanks

I suggest you apply for FBI PCC, I stayed in the U.S for less than 6 months and my VO asked for the FBI pcc. Good luck
