I applied in April 2012 and it got transfer in July 2012. In oct 2012 ISB asked my husband to send his PCC from larkana cuz he stayed there to do his nursing. But after that we didn't hear anything from them. When we revived the latter from ISB I was think that my hubby will be here soon now but...

I have a question, my sis is pregnant and she applied for her husband last year in March. She didn't hear anything from cic. So she was thinking to apply for TRV. Do you guys think if she apply now and want her hubby to be with her when the baby born. Will they give him visa???
