Dear please read the check list where it says in 8th Question/Box: Proof of financial support for the duration of your studies in Canada. For that you need to show that you have sufficient funds for past 4 months for your study and living expense. Thanks Ayaz

I think you should take all your chances apply for student visa and you will have result in 3 months and for Immigration thing you have to wait since there are so many thing still to be announced.
