Have your DD or CC cashed? If not maybe you should keep trying to contact them, if its been cashed well just wait for further notice, hope this help you a little

I as far as I understand that means that your documents are ok, well filled and complete, and with the number you received as Unique Client identifier (UCI) you can look for the status on CIC, and you have to wait that your documents are receive by the VO you choose, and wait some more for news...
