    Officer just told me that they are overloaded so not in situation to issue oath letter in real time. It will come by post in 2-3 months. No-one received oath letter - I checked with 4-5 people - everyone was asked to wait for the oath in mail.

    Nope its not mandatory; but I showed her DL/PR card when she asked for 2 pieces of id. Docs I took along for interview; though she didnt checked anything except sync b/w Residence calc vs Passport stamps and COPR 1. COPR(landing doc) 2. Passport/PR Card/Driver License/OHIP

    as per my understanding answer should be - Canada Charter of Rights and Freedoms as Multiculturalism stuff doesnt exist in book
