I too wonder as few say its Ottawa updates tat means night in India updates happen but many get in day time of IST so i really don't know whether its Ottawa or warsaw updating TLU :-X

Can anyone tell me should i raise case specific inquiry for not knowing about what happened to my medicals? Hospital has received the acknowledgement mail from warsaw when they uploaded my file. However its been 18 days and NO UPDATE of TLU :( :'( Somebody facing same situation like mine? ???

Yes you need to print n fill in the details and scan back n email it. Its not that they need hard copy. So u can send via email. And also note that payment can be made by anyone, but a printout of receipt should be filled with client details and then scanned to mail to VO.
