I got it 11 hours ago. They sent it on 27 August. Its 28 Aug in my country. I got up from my bed in the morning and found the email in my inbox.

If i were you then i would ask for my colleague to sign the letter for me, may that be a plain paper. Because CIC says that even you can justify your experience yourself (if not affiliated to any organization). For your case, your colleague might have business card, attach it with the letter too...

Thank you Jotgrewal, Mine is only 68- i have no doubt in language n education. but my occupation is not that direct, even though job duties are related to the NOC i am listing under. As his date for IELTS is far, I suppose i won't wait for it. SO,,,,, i am taking chance. Fingers crossed!!
