    I believe its too early to lose patience. i have also applied during feb and received my aor in May.. but, there are many here who are waiting for more than 2 years to get the update, you can wait for another 8 months to one year to start worrying, unless you are in a Priority occupation.....

    the AOT has only the Physical Science in the list and this is the only one which is closely related to your qualifications, Not sure on how much point it can fetch you..though you have 12 points for your doctorate ...

    by French Doctorate do you mean on the french language itself, or was the subject is some other but in french language ? you will anyway get 12 points for degree, and for AOT, no points if it is on French language itself, and anything more if you have doctorate in some other subject.

    Thank you Leman207. Actually in my case I applied as Primary applicant, and they changed my application with setting my Spouse as Primary applicant. According to them the reason is, she gains more points being a primary applicant. Unfortunately, they did not mention any reason or valid point...
