so you mean the process order is based on ITA rather than AOR, isn't it? ITA for me is Mar 27 and AOR is May 15...no news except ECAS in process again on Aug 14... have absolutely no idea and everything for me now is stuck...frustrated!!!

ITA Mar 27 AOR May 15 Jun 2 Passport copies scan Jun 8 RCMP requested then ECAS in process on Aug 14 (one month ago)....and so far no further news!!!

only up to 5 fsw inland reported they were requested to pay RPRF...AOR in late Apr and May are still waiting and nothing indicates movements expect ECAS in process on Aug 14/15 for many applicants...

I don't think so because the speed of outland depends on your local visa...and obviously the most cases of FSW (which means inland) are processed in Ottawa and the speed of these cases is rather slow!!!

you may have to wait but you can also call CIC to report this issue, but someone similar with your case didn't get help for ECAS from CIC...
