Thanks senoritebella, I think I will do it by academic semesters because whenever I got semester Off( scheduled breaks) i was working odd jobs , so I think it will more clear in my case as I can list my employment after regular semesters. Seek your advice.

Well if that's the case , I will say do as it is mentioned in the form as you are going to submit the forms. I have not got chance to look at the forms yet . But if I am you I will do according to the form.

If you need more space for any section, print out an additional page containing the appropriate section, complete it and submit it along with your application. Hope that will help. Good luck
