The number on top of your Receipt of Application is your Immigration File Number, and the Client ID number is the number on the letter you have received from Case processing center Mississauga. Check you docs and you will find this info.

I dont think there is a way to export the Skype record to a print file. I took screen captures and then put them together in Photoshop, placed them in Indesign and printed them. You can also print them directly from Photoshop.
