Its confusing if they already update the processing times this week it said that its still updated at nov 16, 2011 18-19 mos processing application recieve on april 25, 2010 but at the bottom of the page it said its modified november 23, 2011

Yeah it wont stop anytime soon they must "LOVE" us that much they can't release us as caregivers coz there are fewer caregivers coming to canada coz they refuse a lot of application

If they update it because they are so unpredictable we have to see it to believe,then how about the june july august with dependants are they gonna wait for next year?hopefully not so we can have a nice christmas

Yeah really frustrating but atleast they move by 5days when do you pass you application?

@boyzone hi can you pls do us a favor?can you pls ask the visa officer again if its possible for may 2010 applicants with dependants to recieve first stage approval/owp by the end of this year?they add another month to it now its 19 mos thanks man will really appreciate it

@boyzone is there a chance that your application might be transfer to a local cic eventhough your waiting for 18 mos now?like you said they might return it asap if they think your not qualified so hopefully everything is fine,they are gonna be cruel if they let a long time to pass if they think...

yes boyzone just like what cic call center agents always tells me when asking when can they recieve lc2 kit they always say after initial assessment /first stage approval thanks for asking it

Is that what they call quality assurance thats why its transfer to a local cic?so 18 mos plus 6-7 mos assesment at local cic office is what is gonna happen?that really sucks,but if your interview is straight to pr that will be great good luck

did you pass under option 1 or option 2?did you complete it under 4 years?call center agent said they transfer the file to local cic for further processing if they dont transfer it to local cic office then you wont get delay

That's good you dont waste your time and money anymore your patience really paid for,next is the medical for your dependants

Did you already apply for a new work permit?
