also there was someone who claimed he got benefit of previous stay and a visitor visa for Canada, he was the only sept applicant who got visa before aug applicants. so you never know NDVO, they can consider it a positive or sometimes fishy stuff. Its totally on visa officer's mood.

If there aren't any red flags and you are not lined up for interview, current timelines are 9 months after day of application, also be aware that there are fewer applicants in aug, sept, n hopefully oct, therefore, I can easily figure out that they will finalize 3 months applications in 2 months...
