You are good... Exactly I was in same situation... You will get PPR very soon. I also saw in my gcms that they extended my Mr for 1 year.... It is just matter of time when some senior officer will pick up your file and send you the PPR

Just had a discussion with CIC agent and he mentioned that the file should be process on or before March 8th . My application received on Sep 8th. I guess couple of August applicants also got same type of response. They are very much aware of the delay on CEC applications and they started...

If your 14 month already completed can you call cic and ask for the update
