AOR: Acknowledgment of Receipt or Receipt of AINP Express Entry Expression of Interest Package

I got NOI on 26th March, 2019 and send them my documents on 5th April. As per my courier, AINP received documents on 12th April. I got email on 5th July that documents have been received on 12th April. I was wondering how much time they take? it took almost 3 months just to get AOR. Is it normal?
