Hello Aum, welcome to Forum.... Yes, Officially in CIC website Processing time is 13 months, but many of Dec applicants got Visa so...within 8-10 months, NDVO release visa....and as u said, there is a only way in which ur wife can get PR....as u already got ur PR... there is in another case...

After "DM" NDVO will send u PPR for stamping, it will take take 30 days (max) for ur passport stamping

hey...Mandaher let us know when u get ut Passport back with Visa :) have they sent u mail for PPR or call??
