Hi so did CIC accept your soft copy of the dubai PCC? How do you know that they accepted it?

So I need input from someone who's been through the same thing. LVO asked for PCC from Dubai. Apparently Dubai does not give out hard copies now. It's all electronic and they send an email with your PCC. Will LVO accept the Dubai PCC via email? Thanks for any input.

We can't provide an upfront PCC because the place where the PCC is obtained requires a request letter from the visa office. We were expecting a DM at this point but got a UAE PCC request instead. I just wish they requested it before, not a year after. Oh well we'll wait another month :/ but thanks

PCC for the UAE requested on August 23 2017. I don't understand why they would ask for UAE PCC after a whole year has passed... They could have asked for it a long time ago We applied on August 17 2016.

So he has to go to Dubai to get PCC? He hasn't been there since 3/4 years. I'm sure there must be another way to get one from Lahore

LVO asked my husband to provide a PCC from UAE. Anyone know where he can obtain this PCC from pakistan? and how long does it take?

It's been a month since I sent an email to LVO about the status of my application and still received no reply... how long will they take? They said they will reply within 28 days???

after sending additional communication documents and RPRF to LVO do they update it on ECAS? anyone know if they update on ECAS whether they have received the re med results?

my husbands medical expired in April and he got a remed request last week

I It really doesn't matter how often you check the status, he's just trying to "sound smart" it really doesn't make any difference unless you send them emails on emails asking them about the status

I applied before December. From what i've heard, in most cases when they ask for a red-medical they usually give the visa in 1-2 months. Hopefully they will ask for PPR soon. I wish you all the best too! I think the visa officers are back from vacations that's why they're speeding up the process...

I don't know about the background check yet but they usually happen right before PPR

As in they will ask for PPR in a few weeks

Got Medical Request on July 28 along with updated proof of communication, proof of sponsor visit, pictures and RPRF. Shuker Alhumdullilah the case is at final stage ☺️
