CIC also suggested that it is not necessary thst any file sent now will be included in the cap by the time it reaches CIO. That mesns there would be more files that reached before your or my file reached. the best way to know is to check whether your fee has been cashed or not

Hi canadaprseeker it seems like your hot noc 2171 &2173 are already capped. Unless you are already in the list of MI files. I suggest you to check your fee encashed or not. Fingers crossed

DD and CC started charging upto October 20 applicants. There are a few of October first week applicants who received PER alresdy. But I have no idea about your noc. If its DD you csn check with the bank.

But I already have one from my study permit. But in my assumption uci was separate for each type of visa. I was wrong. But since the form validated without showing an error I hope it would be fine.
