I don't know which bank is that but I know if you have a replica or the receipt of the DD you have taken, you can check with your bank for the encashment date. Most of the international banks have that facility to check.

you can ask LVO. My friend did the same she withdrew the application after getting PER and now stuck forever. just remember in EE in most of the cases you will need a job offer supported by an LMIA which is very difficult to get

what is said here is true. I would like to add that ner happens after payment and during MI check. But rejection happens before the payment is debited.
