Dear Friends, whats the status of files transferred to London in Jan, has every one received responses already ? mine was transferred on 24th Jan still nothing, 11 months are almost done :(

Congrats :) what I read here is about 2/3 months max after re medical, can be sooner too. May be someone more experienced can correct me. Wish you guys a beautiful and succesful life together.

yea me as well :) nothing as yet. I applied on 06 Dec 13, file transferred to London 24 Jan 14. Nothing at all :( ecase says application received medical received. I called up my lawyer and she said you should expect to hear some thing by end of this month as that marks the completion of 11...

35 is so not fair, its ridiculous! seriously!!! ridiculous!!! All we can do is keep waiting & keep our hopes high! I know its tuff, but that's what it is! worst part is they even have original documents... so people are like to stuck where they are :(

Great that at least they sent you some information, usually there reply is wage and standard for every one. "what the hell London is up to" Seriously dude, have no freaking clue why the heck the are so damn not working as per SLA

Well my time line is as follows Applied _ 6th December AOR_ Same Month Sponsor approved and file transfered to London 24th Jan 2014 e- case says, Application received on 6th Dec, medical received. That's it and now waiting :) the only update I have is that my office was contacted back in...

Aliya, guess you are right. I think it's 11 months for 80 % of cases any ways. This is 9th month in process since my file was transferred to London, even if they respond now it will take couple of months to conclude. This means 11 is not possible but I do hope it gets done soon like 12 /13 months.
