U have applied in March right? From then u r waiting for medical request? Many people applied after u, got their medical requests, submitted their medical reports, and got the visas stamped. It proves that cic is accepting the medical reports so I think u really need to contact the VO.

There are many applicants who had applied in early of this year and are still waiting for medicals ( according to excel sheet). Is it possible?

How the online applicant will know if cic don't send message or email for medical request?

I think the cic is clearing the student & visitor visas first as the sep. intake is going on. They might start the work permits from the next month. I hope so.
