That doesnt mean that we cant have a petition going on, anything more than a year shouldn't be permitted for spousal apps, it is too pain-full to be away from loved ones......

This is Not fair, if they only knew what kind of pain we are going through they wouldn't process all those non family class Visas before us. After all it is all about the money, those students bring tons of cash with them and they love it.

Her Interview was about the genuineness of their relationship, she told the immigration officer that I dont speak English so they brought somebody to interview her in Farsi! They applied in February. Good-luck to U all
