I think once your file is in process and you can start applying for notes to some information otherwise it's useless. so maybe wait until you are in process. i applied mine 12 months after my application date.

Yes I send the PCC by courier. yeah it's in my notes too that they scanned and trashed. does that mean anything bad? also did you send your additional proofs by courier as well?

It depends on if your PCC expired or not. i think one PCC is valid for 1 year. i'm not 100% but pretty sure.

Security is doing the background criminal check. mainly looking at PCC.

I'm on the same boat. All my due dates are passed and my notes said Recommend Interview. but haven't got any date or anything. maybe do MP enquiry? your 17 months is over in end of Jan right?
