Does CEC outland get processed faster? I came back from Canada last month due to a work permit issue and am applying under CEC from India. Hopefully it gets processed soon. Fingers crossed.

My advise would be to consult with a immigration lawyer, because these scenarios are very peculiar and you donot want to risk doing a mistake, it will be worth your money to get the right advise from a professional.

With 885 points you will be selected in every draw until Feb when new PNP nominations start to come out. You need not decline the invite right away, you can start getting the documents, even if you get them by the 55th day you will still have 5 more days to apply. If not you can reject the ITA...

Yes you can, there should be no problem in doing that.

No it is not a rejection, you can also submit a Letter of Explanation stating that the package was returned because of the maximum cap.

I guess you should mention it otherwise it will be considered as misrepresentation.

It doesnt matter what you put under POF now since you already have an ITA. In your ITA it should say under which stream you're going to be processed and it cannot be changed unless you decline the invite and modify your profile to get new ITA for a different stream

Your category in your profile says CEC, so even though you were eligible for both you got ITA under CEC since you kept the funds at $0 ?

I have a Canadian Masters, so how do I get CEC then? You mean to say I will always get invited through FSW only because of this? That doesn't seem right.
