You can go to any one approved by CIC , I suggest go to the one who gives u earliest appointment, rest the procedure is the same. I called 12-13 of them and got next day appointment at one of them

CIC sends all these requests after reviewing medicals, I got exactly the same requests as you + additional PCC even though I had submitted PCC at the time of application. Just do ur RCMP fingerprints from a place where they will send the fingerprints to RCMP and ask RCMP to send the results to...

Yaa, choose 2 in section for Right To Permanent Residence Fee and you'll get one receipt number, you may not get any acknowledgement but in a week, you can try to logon to ecas using the receipt number, if successful, means ur fees is added to ur file. I went to an accredited agency for fingerprints , there are many , they send the fingerprints to RCMP, RCMP validates against their database and then sends the results to CIC. Get the address and phone # of any one of accredited agencies here ...

SOme places are open until 7 pm too, I did my RCMP yesterday, go ahead do it asap.
