Its SPP its a program that stands for STUDENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM....it is designed for Indian and Chinese students,,,in this approxmately 38-39 community colleges are involved...here the documentation is less and the processing time is fast mostly 10 days is the time in which visa is...

yes u can go under SPP...as the two things u r ready to do is requirement under spp...full year fees n living expenses...so go under Spp as the processing time under spp is less than non spp....Gud luck

i think that letter just to convince the admission authorities....but u can still add it in ur file as it ll convince the Vo that this course is suitable for u ,,,rest experts here can tell u better

Hi to all I m confused as everyone here is talking about submitting a SOP with their file to embassy..So i want to know either Sop is necessary for every candidate or it is just an option.I guess its for masters program correct me if i am wrong.Is it mandatory to submit Sop with the diploma...
