i am not an expert but one thing which i can add is that embassies doesn't come under any local law as they got immunity , had that not been the case they would have got 5000 RTI's everyday from the applicants . RTI means right to information which is everybody's right here in india .

they check the genuineness of the profile that is it . and not all cases ,only such which have some unclear figures or facts . dont worry , they aren't free enough to run behind you like a jaasoos ;D ;D so relax , n wait for your turn

hello canadaniwasi, this question is such a jumble, cuz every time you will ask and you 'll get pretty different answer . in simple words it is a biggest aspect of your application if you get through this , after this only medical impairments can stop you from going to NIAGRA FALL...... :P :P...

good rakeshtk, you are absolutely right , even in mine case ,i work for pvt employer and i get consolidated salary as well. i submitted my experience letter only and by god's grace cic doesn't raise any concern regarding salary stubs and all till now. i have submitted my medical,pp and rprf...
