I don't see any increase in points still shows points for 1 yr CEC ..I was in Canada for 11.5 months (June 2012 to May 2013) and then I went back to home country.. And I came back to Canada on March 2014 and still working in Canada for same company.. not sure why it's showing points for 1 yr...

Proof of funds matter...please check funds requirement to meet FSW requirment.it should be more than I guess 12000 dollars.

Yes seems like CEC candidates who already contribute Canadian economy are not eligible for PR :( Most of the CEC candidates having scores between 400 to 470..
