    yes. I told them that in their website it will be on June 2017. but the CS says it will still cost $1900. because it's the touchstone institute who charge it.

    I know hey.. and you have to wait for the celban schedule. I find it hard to get in, I mean get the schedule you wanted. you have to wait for months. and if you wont pass you have to wait another 3 months so you can retake the English exam

    same on my application. IELTS/CELBAN should be completed first so the NNAS will continue the process. You also have to consider that CELBAN is just valid for 2 years.
