    Hi, my application reached Nova Scotia on April 11, 2014. I want to know how much time is it taking to get a PER nowadays? I read some where in this forum, it's 21 days now.. Is that so, if so how come so quick? Because I have always heard it's around a minimum of 60 days to even 4 months...
