Hey, Mine did as well, I went to my MP and that's how I found out, the lady at the office said we count from the first approval .. And the processing times are 13months from Romania. When did you apply ? I ordered my notes to see when.

you know you can never get a straight answer from Immigration .. 13 months for me will be sept/2016 - so ill go back to the MP then and tell him that.

yup, answer yes to both because she was refused.

put all your evidence in a separate envelope and mark " Proof of relationship"

mark down yes that she was refused and explain why she applied on a separate sheet of paper thats what i did with my application, but it won't have any affect on your application, as long as you are truthful they will understand .. and it was 5 years ago so it shouldnt be a problem.
