I called them many times, but they say that it is on hold for physical checkup which will happen only on Monday Canadian time.

3 Days gone and DHL still holding my parcel in ON. :'(

I am in same situation sonyaadnan. My package is on hold from last 36 hours. I hope they do delivery it on monday :'(

You are right reddevil7281, I don't like when things stop moving without any reason. My only concern is that they might delay the delivery from Monday if they kept it on hold more 10 more hours. It needs to be moving by now only then it will reach in time.

This is really driving me crazy.. DHL has kept my parcel on hold for more than 24 hours now... :'( >:(

Hmm, I thought Canada is a well developed country and respect the time, but now if I see at DHL service at India and compare it with service in Canada, I think Canadian mail service is at toddler level ;D and India is flyer 8)

How could your file reach on 14th? Which service you used? I used DHL and they still have it in Ontario
