Submit your PR application with the open work permit application under the new program together in the same envelop. Both old and new caregiver PR applicants are eligible to apply for Open work permit. Same procedure. Hope this helps?

Applied for everything together. you are qualified. I have open work permit under the caring for children class. Just package everything together and you will be good to go
