for me I applied to study permit for PhD study / my university sponsor my tuition fees and living cost / MSc from uk / own home / permeant job in my country so they sponsor my phd study. I have done complete package ( medical upfront and biometric ) I applied paper application in February 11...

on the other hand, there are many refusal ???? right if they not convinced with my application they must refuse it since early time not after 6 months do you think this delay is good sign or not??

I am not sure but I think they made final decision but not release it yet..... why ? I don't know look at the link below they issued study permit monthly. however, we have heard very few approval I sent them two webform and I asked them about my application, they said its under process...
