thanks spartan, agreed..but what i read from this forum is they issue NER to MI1 applicants as they were supposed to submit file in their country of origin and not to CIO,NS....rest its upto them..

hi, it really doesnt matter as applicants before 27 feb 2008 are not on priority...MI3 at the moment is on priority...so just chill out guys as pre 27 feb 2008 files will be just having dust in their offices...
