actually the document check list clearly states that Pakistani Nationals should submit their Urdu nikka nama. Not sure why people didn't send it in as part of the application.

Guys, A lot of people are being asked for their Urdu nikka namma. I can't remember if I sent it in or not. Should I just send it to London to be proactive?

But wouldn't be risky sending your passport in the mail...while in Canada on a TRV?

Bigger question is if your wife is here on TRV what does she do when they ask for her passport?

Ya but y but what your talking about are cases transferred from Islamabad. Really interested in knowing about cases that went straight to London from Canada.

I think this pretty much confirms London processing time is 11-12 months for Pakistani files sent directly from Mississauga to London. Doesn't apply to Islamabad transfers. If that is the case that's great news for direct transfer applicants, we won't have to wait 33 months!

SchnookoLoly are you seeing any trends on your spreadsheet in terms of applications sent directly to London?

if it went to london January 23 2014 and In progress October 16 2014...looks like the 11 month time line is possibly real from LVO

ok got it but in the event you go ahead and submit your passport for the TRV and then get a call to submit the passport for the PR....i gues you have to wait for the TRV to come back and then send it in?

Hi Consider this scenario...I have a Sponsorship case in process I apply for a TRV, it gets approved. My wife is asked to give her passport in. A few weeks later she gets her sponsorship case approved and they also ask for her passport or meidcal but the passport has been already submitted...

That's not true I know personally several families who had it all done in 11 months and there are people in the forum who have it done sometimes in 12. But it's definately not going to be 33 months.

When did your file go to London? How long did they take?

Are you saying if you have a sponsoprship case in progress not to apply for TRV? I didn't think TRV had any impact on the sponsorship case?
