well it was under FSW program and even for Business, but in that particular year, they have returned all the files in that year, but this is not the case this year, however they have processed many files till july and august and even few applicants from Oct(French) so , I don't think so it is...

what you think? as per their trend till now, till what time will get something in our hand?

One of my friend in July 2015 got PPR, he is from Express entry, if FSW is working well, if EE is working fine, all other immigration are confine to their deadline, then what happened to old CEC application, why they are not processing it?

That's going to be 18 months waiting time :-X, you will get 3 Express Entry PR and plus I would say they will take a one month on top of that, so that's for vacation

I'm pretty sure these people they will drag us till the end. N then they will say sorry, so we will be void from Canadian experience class as well as from all sort of immigration in canada. Express Entry people are getting PR in 5 months and now for us. Wait and wait for 14 months, even third...
