Is it called misrepresentation. Pls help

This is getting ridiculous, this is not misrepresentation and I would not send them anything, it could only slow down your process. In fact in French the question is ; list your citizenships and visa other than your birth country and canada .... so this is mistake by them !!!

Can I go out of country after applying

When and how long do you plan to leave ? When is your PR card expiring ? If you will have several trips, I would apply right away to renew your PR card (if it expires in less that 9 months). It should not impact your application as long as you still live in Canada but yes you can have as much as...

Please advice on my plan for citizenship application with borderline residence time; Thanks a lot

You should have a buffer (at least 30 days) to not receive a RQ, if I was you I would check with my company to work remotely from Canada during fall, rent a place there and travel maybe 2days/week to the US until the date when you can apply. Also fill your taxes in Canada for 2017. But does it...

Traveling to US and back without PR card.

At the US border they usually ask for my status in Canada and I have to show them my PR card. How would it work without PR card ? Could the US refuse entry just for that reason that you don't have PR card ? Thanks

Tax time: resident or non-resident for tax purposes

Yes if you've never been in Canada, you don't have any ties in Canada, and you will not live in Canada. That's an easy one, do not fill a tax return untill you come back to work.

Tax time: resident or non-resident for tax purposes

Will you work in the US ? Are you actually a tax resident in Canada ? If you are actually a non-resident for taxes, I would say that you will remain a non-resident for taxes in Canada until you move there to work in 2018.

Working remotely for a Canadian company abroad

Hi, Thanks for your fast reply. I did my calculation and I have more than 1000days of presence in Canada, so I will not have to claim the days abroad and will be able to renew my PR card without it. Now to fill the forms, that is another story and quite confusing. For instance, I was working...
