I don't think so. My notes show that my application was not even assigned to any officer until mid February. It's current location is FSW-REG.

I think CPC-O has stopped issuing MR for PhD applicants. I saw many October applicants (other NOCs) who got MR recently but no PhD applicant from October.

Hi Ehsan, Not yet. I am still waiting. Due to some mistake at CIO, ECAS shows my application has reached there on October 8 ( instead of September 8 ) and as result, my timeline matches October applicants. I think most of September applicants have already got MR. Did you request any GCMS notes?

You are right. Not fair but nothing we can do. I just received notes of Feb. 13 and as I guessed my application is NOT touched and nothing is started. October applicants (or early September applicants like me mistaken as October applicants) have to wait for long time.

I also ordered notes the same day as I received my PER. These notes contain only evaluation of CIO. Order your notes again now (after one month) and you can hopefully see the evaluation of CPC-O as well.

This is totally normal. CPC-O reviews all documents again. Your notes show that VO has not started processing of your file yet. When did you order notes?

About second question: My notes is showing the same thing, I don't think it is important. When was your application arrived at CPC-O ? Is eligibility passed ?

Did you recently get any GCMS notes? If so, it might give you some info on your eligibility.
