i know!! this is not the first time they did this to me... they keep saying that they've been sending me requests but i never got any... its soo frustrating... if everything that they claimed was true, i'd be in Canada before summer 2013... waste of money, time, effort...

you should definitely find a way to follow-up with them... by following-up i dun recommend emails... other ways to call them and follow-up... they have a tendency to "send" things to you on a wrong address or sumthing... you will never get it, but they will think they have sent it to you and...

thanks man... CAIPS notes are basically a file the VO sends you that has all the steps of whatever progress you application has made... at least that's what i understood from the forum... i have already applied for it and waiting for the notes... i will keep you guys posted... cheers...
