i agree that you can apply on your own....................but if you want to get to canada within a very short time, a lawyer/consultant will be of much help.

you definitely need to take another IELTS exam..............as for your children, they might not be able to immigrate with you as your dependent.

I dont think they can issue her a visa in your passport, she is required to have her own passport. you might want to cancel her present passport, get her a new one which will have a farther validity date, then attach the old passport to the new passport with some kind of rubber band, and keep...

from what i know, the cap had been reached for NOC1122, as of August 22.............anyone who hasnt submitted an application under this category by now has to wait till July1 2012......and also prays that this job title returns to the NOC list all the best guys............
