    Hi, My representative got an acknowledgement of receipt via email from CPC-M on Feb 15 and I was approved as a sponsor on Feb 18th. My lawyer mailed it to CPC-M on Jan 10th but I did not have the tracking information to know exactly when it arrived per say. Hope that clarifies.
