Congrats Vikas. I too applied under NOC 1233 and status changed to RBVO on Aug 20th.. Application received by CIC on June 2nd.. I have not received AOR yet from NDBO, today i went to the post office in my area ( Bangalore) and post man confirmed there is no letter received as such for me...

Abhishek, my understanding was NDVO does issue 2nd AOR as it happend with some of the applicants... !!!! My Application status is RBVO since 28 th AUg . does it mean by god's grace if everything goes well we will be receiving MR soon.....
