    Observer can select which ones to include so they are the ones picking. At least that is how I took it. They did not want to have broad over view so they will give few options but observers are the ones which one to choose.

    I think he mentioned that Laundry machine can accept the card or something like that so it 1.25 but you can use your card. Phone machine needs the change .
